Your privacy and rights are important. The OCHS Band and its site team will make efforts to try and ensure your privacy and rights as indicated by, but not limited to this policy.

Your personal information availability is limited to the view of other members--several specific items of personal information given to the Web site will remain further limited only to the Web site Administrators. Your email address and Phone Number will not be made available to members. You understand that information may be reviewed or edited as per the sole discretion of the OCHS Band Director and/or the Administrators. Though we will try to ensure that your information remains private, any information retained by any 3rd party as a result of this Web site is not our responsibility.

Each user has his/her own contact form so that other members can send him/her emails, but they cannot see your email address (you have the option of enabling/disabling this form under your account settings--'My account'). Your email address and phone number should remain safe. This Web site will not sell or reveal any of your account information, unless it is legally bound. If you need fields which are required (i.e. first and last name) to remain private, you have no need to use this site, as this site is meant to serve as a place to communicate/interact with other members.

Each Member has access to post, edit, delete items in his/her own blog. Any such items are only viewable by other Members. In addition, only other Members may post comments to any such items. Any pictures, audio files, and/or other media materials submitted by Members are also accessible only to other Members, however, if any of these materals and/or Member-submitted content are accessed by any 3rd party, the OCHS Band can in no way be held liable.

You have the right to request the deletion of any content referring to you by name. Any requests of this type may be submitted to support@oglethorpecountyband.net
